Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
All orders typically ship within 2–5 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail® (estimated 2–5 business days) in appropriately sized packaging. Expedited shipping options and shipping insurance may be available upon request.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost, missing, or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location and with neighbors
- Contacting your local carrier or post office
- Filing a missing mail request or claim with the carrier
We are happy to assist with providing tracking information, but we are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are confirmed as delivered.
For higher-value orders, we recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation when available.
